S2 & S3 Transfer Student Application

1. Submit Application
Applicants / Parents may submit the following application documents to the school in person:
 • An application letter written by the applicant in English
 • A duly completed S2 / S3 Transfer Student Application Form
 • Photocopies of the applicant’s identification documents (such as HKID card, Birth Certificate)
 • Photocopies of school reports for the last three academic years (bearing the school name and the student’s name)
 • Photocopies of certificates of extra-curricular activities, services and awards obtained for the last three academic years (if any)
 • Photocopies of recommendation letter (if any)
 • A self-addressed stamped envelope (4” x 9”)

2. Entrance assessment
Shortlisted applicants will be invited by phone for written assessments in Chinese Language, English Language and Mathematics.

3. Admission Interview
Applicants who achieve satisfactory results in the entrance assessments, along with their parents, will be invited to attend an admission interview. The interview will be conducted in both English and Chinese. Following a successful interview and assessment, an offer of admission will be made, subject to the availability of places. Only successful applicants will be notified. Applicants who do not receive notification from the school may consider their application unsuccessful.
