Dear Graduates of Class 2025,

Collection of 2025 HKDSE Certificates

The Certificates of 2025 Hong Kong Diploma of Secondary Education Examination (HKDSE) issued bythe Hong Kong Examinations and Assessments Authority (HKEAA) are now ready for collection at theGeneral Office within the period and time stated below. In case the Certificate cannot be collected in person,one of your parents could be authorised to collect the Certificate on your behalf by completing the attachedletter of authorization.

From 18th October 2025 (Saturday) to 28th November 2025 (Friday)
Except Public Holidays
**Collection Time**
Monday to Friday: 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
Saturday: 9:00 am – 12:00 noon

Remarks:
1. On collecting the certificate, you should check that all the personal data (including Name in Chinese, Name in English and HKID Number) are correct. If there are errors, you should request the HKEAA for amendments as soon as possible. Amendment requests made before 31^st December 2025 will be free of charge. For amendment request received between 1^st January 2026 and 31^st March 2026, the HKEAA will charge a fee of HKD$297 as the administration fee. No amendment of personal data on a certificate will be accepted after 31st March 2025.

2. Certificates not collected by 19^th December 2025 will be returned to the HKEAA. Students are required to collect their certificates directly from the HKEAA in person after the above date.

3. If you lose your certificate, you may apply for a Statement of Results from HKEAA at a fee of HKD$591(per copy).

4. The Career Guidance Committee is conducting a survey on the studies and employment of all S6 graduates. To facilitate the process, you should fill in the attached Form of Information of S6 Graduates, or obtained a hard copy of the form from the General Office and fill it in. You should submit the completed form to the General Office on collection of your HKDSE certificate.
